Aquatic Warbler project presented in international conference in Finland

Žymantas Morkvėnas, a manager of Aquatic Warbler conservation project in Lithuania and Latvia, participated in the 9th European Conference on Ecological Restoration in Oulu, Finland.

It is one of the most important conference in Europe where restoration of ecosystem services, the ecological, economic and socio-cultural values of restoration and land policy is discussed. Žymantas Morkvėnas made a presentation about Aquatic Warbler habitat restoration and the importance of farmer in this process. 

 

He also presented project activities and difficulties faced in the poster session.

Aquatic Warbler poster received attention of conference visitors.
